Is ShopMind worth it for a small shop?

Fair question — $297/month isn't nothing. But most small shops already pay for scheduling, invoicing, SMS, and a parts tracker separately, which usually runs $400–600/month for tools that don't talk to each other. ShopMind replaces all of them on the Starter plan, and the average shop saves 5–8 hours a week on paperwork and follow-up. If it saves you one afternoon a week, it has already paid for itself.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — there are no contracts or cancellation fees. Cancel at any time from your billing settings and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes — every plan includes a full 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get access to all features of your chosen plan during the trial.

Can I change my plan later?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the start of your next billing cycle.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All shop data is completely isolated using row-level security — no other shop can access your data. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using bank-level encryption.

Do you offer annual pricing or discounts?

What happens after my trial ends?

At the end of your 14-day trial, you'll be prompted to add a payment method to continue. If you choose not to upgrade, your account is paused (not deleted) and you can reactivate at any time.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There are no setup fees, onboarding fees, or hidden charges. The monthly price is all-inclusive.

Can I import my existing customer and vehicle data?

Yes — we support CSV import for customers, vehicles, and parts inventory. Our team can also assist with migrations from other shop management systems.
